Linkora 0.14.0 now supports tags and improves bookmark organization

Linkora 0.14.0 introduces support for tags, letting users organize links using both folders and tags from a unified collection screen. Folder management is now enhanced with search and sort during saving, while tag UI preferences are saved for a smoother workflow. Sync-server users must update to sync-server version 0.2.0 for continued syncing.
