Simple, lightweight, and does exactly what I need. I’ve tried a few similar tools before, but Mumu feels more stable and intuitive. No unnecessary features, just works.

What is Mumu Platform?
Mumu is a unified productivity platform designed to streamline team workflows under one roof. Rather than juggling multiple apps and subscriptions, Mumu offers a modular suite of tools, from organizational structure and employee profiles (Core), through a powerful notification engine (MsgGO), Q&A module, to a visual Skill Matrix. Future releases include Planning Poker, Retrospectives, Onboarding workflows, Daily Standups, 360 Feedback, and more.
With Mumu you get:
- A single, clear pricing plan (free + premium) with no hidden fees and full access to all modules, current and future.
- Flexibility to enable only the modules your team needs, avoiding bloat.
- Emphasis on simplicity, privacy, and ease of onboarding, even for non-technical users.
It’s ideal from small to big teams in engineering, HR, product, or operations who seek a unified, extensible environment instead of stitching many standalone tools together.

Been using the MsgGO module in Mumu to get CI/CD and system alerts. Finally something that actually delivers messages where I need them. Slack, email, and even SMS when stuff goes down. Simple setup in just 5 minutes, works great.
I've been using Mumu for few months now and I think it's pretty good. What I like most about Mumu is that now I get access to many applications that I had to pay for separately before. Now it's just one subscription and I have everything in one place. The interface is not too complicated which is good for me because I'm not very tech savvy.
